NEW HAIR, NEW SHOES

Hey!

I really did it and changed my hair color. After reading that so many of you would like to see me with ginger, I said to myself go ahead, give it a try. So I spent yesterday's afternoon at the haircutter. This is the result:

what I really like about my hair color is that it looks really naturally, doesn't it? On top of my head it is a bit brighter than at the end, but that doesn't matter for me. I like it :)

Another thing that's new are my new shoes, which I ordered from boohoo.com. They are fake litas, but they look absolutely fabulous and except a little zipper and some missing stitches they are super similar to real Jeffrey Campbell's.

Do you like them?

Now I need to study for my German exam tomorrow. Next week there will be another three exams and the week after as well..but then it's done! So instead of despairing I look forward to all those nice things expecting me after I finished school!

I am thinking about getting ginger hair. It's such a beautiful hair color and I've always wanted to try it out. But as I am really careful and anxious when it comes to my hair, I'm still not that sure if I should really do it.

Wasn't it such a nice sunny afternoon? After this terribly cold winter I am so looking forward to the summer (although I've always been more the "winter-type"). Maybe it's because so many exciting and great things will happen this summer or maybe just because I miss the sun or whatever. Days like these really make me feel like putting on some summer clothes (although the temperature to wear this is not here yet, as you can obviously see in the last picture).

What I really like about this look is my tattoo from inkwear.co.uk! It's so pretty, isn't it? I wear the tattoo for the second day now and it still looks nice. So if you are such a fraidy cat as I am, who doesn't dare to get a real tattoo, I would totally recommend to try them out!

Hey there!
Today I wear one of my favorite shirts ever! I bought it on Camden Market when I went to London last year and I am just in love with it. I love the pattern and it is so so soft (really, so soft one can't even imagine). I planned nothing special for today. I will try to wake up my boyfriend now, which is actually impossible as he is such a long sleeper. After I succeeded in this (if I ever will, of course) we'll have a nice breakfast. I am thinking about starting to draw again today, because it really feels like I haven't done this in ages, but I also need some time to study Latin, because there's a vocabulary and grammar test tomorrow

I stole the jacket from my boyfriend and I just love it. I don't know why, but it seems that I love everything oversized.

I am really happy with it and it's even big enough to put all my school stuff in it, so I'll probably use it for school as well.

Yesterday I went to Braunschweig (Brunswick in English) to visit my boyfriend and to do some late sale shopping. I really wanted to take my camera with me, but I was in such a hurry to get on the train (I have to admit I am always late) that I forgot it at home. As I am desperately looking for some new pair of shoes, I thought I should share my latest discovery with you. The website I found is called "have2have.se". You can see it is a Swedish page, but they tell you how you can order from other countries. I came across this page when I was looking for some Jeffrey Campbell Look-a-likes.

I love this shoe and I would love to buy it, but for me as a student it is simply too expensive and I would not wear them that often that it would be worth buying them. So on my tour through the wilderness of the internet, I finally stopped there and couldn't trust my eyes. They have AMAZING shoes and the best is - some are still on sale! So what am I waiting for?

I got this beautiful glitter sweater from Romwe a few weeks ago and totally forgot to take some photos with it. The sweater is beautiful and when it's dark and artificial light shines on it, it glitters even more.

The skirt is not mine, but my sisters and I've just discovered it and will definitely try to steal it - I just love the colour as it is really similar to my turquoise one I wore in my look called "mint".

When I woke up today everything outside was suddenly white. I can't really believe that it really happened, because I thought we don't get a winter at all this year and spring is about to arrive. But yeah..let us wait until tomorrow, maybe it's all gone then..

Today was the last day of the semester at school. We got our school reports and I am quite satisfied with my marks. The best thing about the last day at school is the fact that I'll have a long weekend (there is no school on Monday and Tuesday) and that I only had two subjects and then got back home again. So I had a really easygoing day :)

When I saw the white powder covering the ground everywhere outside, I felt like I had to put on something "winterly" and "cozy", that will keep me warm. So here is the look:

Hey honeybees!
Sorry for the lack of posts during the last few days, but I just felt like laying in my bed all the time, just relax and forget about the world. So I spent the last days watching movies and "How I Met Your Mother"..so nothing spectacular. Yesterday I met up with two of my friends and we had a great evening. First of all we went to a restaurant and had some delicious food (though I regretted it that I only picked a Mozzarella-salade). After that we walked around town and finally went to the theatre to watch "New Years Eve". It's such a nice movie and if you liked "Love actually" and "Valentine's Day" then I can promise that you'll love it.

Winter Winds

I hope Santa brought you lots of great presents! :)
After my sister and I played a dance battle against each other on my brother's Xbox (I won, yeah :D), we went outside to take some photos. She got a new camera for her birthday (which was on the 22nd December) and I got a new lens for Christmas so we couldn't wait to try out our new cuties. This is actually the first that someone else but me took my outfit photos, but it was great and she did a really great job. Here's the result:

As I am living in the countryside I would say that this problem is even worse here. Everybody wears the same clothes and if someone wears something different, people make such a big thing out of it..I really hate this and of course, you don't feel fine when people look at you as if you would be an alien or something like that. For this reason I put some outfits together that cover mainly basic pieces, but are in a way stylish. I don't know if I succeeded, so please let me know if you think they're boring :)

IT'S MY 18TH BIRTHDAY!

Wow, I just can't believe I am really 18 now..I mean, in Germany I am an "adult" now..Crazy that time goes so fast...I can remember me eating birthday cake with my Pokemon-jumper on when I was 8 or how happy I was when I got my first computer when I became 13..such great memories :)

Later today, my whole family will come to our house and we'll sit together, telling stories, eating super delicious food and just have fun. I love this "birthday-atmosphere", not only on my birthday, but on my siblings' or parents' birthdays as well.

I was completely in love and overwhelmed, but now I discovered something else. Ok, just let me warn you..if you just love Jeffrey Campbell's Litas, please sit down and don't stop breathing, because these are actually breathtaking!

I always wanted to have a pair of Litas, but never bought one, because they are so expensive and I wouldn't wear them that often..maybe I'm going to buy some cheaper look-a-likes, but I don't know..

Hey there!
It's so depressing when you write a 6-hour exam, come home in the dark and have to learn for another exam, which is just as long as the one you've just wrote. Well, that's my everyday life for the next week. Nevertheless I am trying to post regularly, but I can't promise anything. I am so looking forward the weekend. Then I'll go with my boyfriend to Hanover to check out the new Primark there. It's quite nice that one store opened in Hanover, now we only have to spend around 30 minutes in the train instead of 2,5 hours (we had to go to Bremen before).

I hope your weekend is fine and you enjoy it! Here in Germany the weather is quite terrible and you don't get the feeling that it's actually the first Advent today. It is too warm for November and it's so stormy and windy. Yesterday my mom and I spent the whole afternoon with decorating our house with Christmas stuff, but it felt so strange, because I just don't have this special "soon-it's-Christmas''-feeling and I can't believe that there are only 12 days left until my 18th birthday. Time goes by so fast.

This is what I wore the last few days. I don't feel so good the last time, but I can't work out what is really wrong. Good evening cuties!

Did I ever tell you that I actually love Tuesdays? Yes, I do, because I only have to spend 4 hours at school (usually I am home at 4 pm and now in winter it is already dark then). So I was home at 12 am and were able to spend an afternoon full of taking photos and changing outfits. I am not sure if I really like the photos I took today, but well..we'll see.
Lookbook was really strange today and I couldn't see any looks. The problem seemed to be solved now and so I was able to post one of the looks from today.

As the look contains two pieces from MONKI, I thought it would be nice to show you the things I bought there on Saturday.

As you can see, the fleece jacket is much more brighter than it looks on the picture. But I can only say that this is the fluffiest jacket I ever owned. It is so amazing and I am already in love with it, though my boyfriend said it looks like a coloured sheep (yeah, thanks a lot :P). Now it is time for me to go to bed. School starts later for me tomorrow (I need to get up at 7.30 am (usually at 6 pm) and this makes me really happy as I am definitely a slugabed :DHave a nice evening! Love you :)

I don't feel that well today, but I thought it was about time to post something new. Well, the last days weren't spectacular at all. I am looking forward the weekend, because then I can finally see my boyfriend again (Arne, ich weiß ganz genau, dass du das hier lesen wirst :) ich liebe dich!).

I wanted to show you all my clothes I bought in London. Well, here are the first three sweaters (I think they are all from Primark):

The latest collections by shops just like Urban Outfitters or Monki (i planned to do a feature at the end of this week) are so amazing! They will probably kill my purse in the near future..i've just checked out some shoes on the Urban Outfitters homepage and they are simply awesome!

I could spend 24 hours a day on their website and all my pocket money on their great clothes. What about you? Do you like shoes like the ones above, or do you prefer sneakers by Nike, Adidas or whatever?
